differential amplifier

Need nice schematic for even nicer differential amplifier. I build DAC using CS431212. It has balanced output but I'm not going to use that. I try to feed Gainclone so only single ended output is needed.

Have you tried the Cirrus Logic webpage for the CS43122 ?
