sony CDX2500 to TDA1543 direct

Hi all. I was wonmdering if any one of you gurus have instructions on how to connect the TDA1543 dac directly to the Sony CDX2500. I have a CDP-990 and I wish to experiment with it.

The cdx2500 outputs EIAJ signals not I^2S signals. you can bolt up the tda1545 direct with no problems at at but you cannot bolt up the tda1543 as it is I^2s i/p compatible ( except the tda1543a)
I worked it out with the timming sheets on the data pages for each dac and the Sony DSP. Works splendid with two discrete op amps( one is the current to voltage converter follower and the other is a buffer with 2x gain and low pass filtering up high) per channel as per tda1545 data sheets.

Hi Billy,

Here is the schema of the connections for my 8 x TDA1543A NOS DAC used with a NEC CDR602 computer CD drive. This drive which uses a Sony CXD2510Q which is essentially the same as the CDX2500 and has identical pinouts.

Thanks but I have a swag of tda1543, tda1545 but no tda1543A.
Any way I also have several cd roms that have the Sony DSP's in them. I will keep this in mind.
