I have built one based on the AD1955 Evaluation Board schematic. My schematic is available here. If you plan to use high sample rates, you must use a microcontroller to set up AD1955 properly, which I haven't got around to doing yet. I may modify my circuit to allow the microcontroller to read the (approximate) frequency of LRCLK and adjust the AD1955 accordingly.
You can find also the evaluation board schematics and board layout here. Erm, no, I guess you can't, the link has died. Unfortunately it looks like I didn't save a copy either. It was basically the same schematic with a bit different decoupling and interface, but the filter is the same.
