How to connect PMD100 to MN6622
Hi,
i'm trying to connect PMD100 to MN6622 (technics slp-550) and it hasn't worked so far. When i try to play hdcd record , the led hdcd goes on but there is no sound. The same problem occures with other cds (standard). At tne BCKO (PMD100) should be pulse about 8Mhz for 20bit output/8 FS/44.1 kHz ? there are about 500kHz... Mayby, problem is wrong connection to decoder (MN6622) as below ? MN PMD SRCK ----> BCKI SRDATA ----> DIN DAIO\R\L----> LRCI (via inverter) XCK ----> XTI Thanx for every help. vonOlof |

ok, valid connection between MN6622 and PMD100 are as below:
XCK (directly from MN6622) -> XTI SR DATA-> DIN SCK -> BCKI DAIO/R/L (+ inverter) ->LRCI ...it works fine  problem was inverter ic (to slow) between PMD and optocouplers...Greetings, W. |
