Need help for Philips CD104

Hi all,

I have been lurking around here for some time, but as I am a newbie to DIY it has been basically to 'learn'.

Well, having recaped (and slightly tweaked) my first CD player recently, I decided to have a go at the Philips.
All went well - or so I hope - until I damaged an SMD cap on the board just underneath the clock. Now I was wondering if somebody could tell me which value this cap had so that I can replace it.

I should mention that I downloaded a service manual but I have to admit that I am not skilled enough to read the schematic properly to identify the damaged part.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Admitted, i don't have any experience with the cd104, but i've seen this thread CD104 Tweaks
I'm sure there's a lot of people with knowledge about this player.

The 'antennas' are the uncut legs of the new 22µF cap and the legs on the very right belong to the SAA7020

Hi Wolfram,

do I know you somewhere?
Looks like a bypass for the bigger Antennas, no problem to just leave it out.
For better feelings you could solder a Wima MKS2 0,22 at this place, if at hand
But it should work fine without, if no other bug is hidden somewhere in the wilderness of the PCB...

The 22uF is c2513. The broken smd C is a 22n bypass/decouple
cap c2539.
If the new c2513 is a low esr type you just might remove all
the remains of c2539 and give it a try. If you need to replace
the smd C, find a nice 22n smd and put it in place.

Well, tried to put all boards into the frame again - switched on and....nothing, just a blown fuse .

So any suggestions what I should be looking at?
