I have 8 chips right now, which is pretty hot. I can hold my finger on top for maybe 2 seconds before I have to let go due to heat.
I plan to add 8 more chips in parallel, but I can't find any source for a good heatsink, preferably in copper. Anybody know a source, either for single heatsinks or longer ones to attach 2 chips? |
