Hello, I am looking for a DAC project.
I have the Sheldon Stokes CS4329 DAC project, as well as the key chip, so I am leaning towards it as it is very professionally presented with the circuit board and parts list.
However, it is going on 11 years old, and I was hoping to get some comments on it or other projects that might be more appropriate. Thanks in advance.

Take a look at the stuff that Twisted Pear Audio has to offer.

This is the dac that Russ White came up with sometime ago. AKA The Opus.
I bought one of their receiver modules and a bunch of bare boards (CODs, IVY) and am rather pleased with the result. You might also want to check out their new Buffalo Dac.
Prices are very reasonable particularly in view of the performance you can achieve with these modules.
I have no affiliation with them, just a happy customer.
