Sorry for this newbie question. I need help identifying a 14-pin IC in my soundcard that has the following markings:

F PG7AB
MM74HC
74AM

I think that's right. Thank you so much! I found the complete part # MM74HC74AM at Newark.com. Manufacturer is Fairchild.
