Hi,

Anyone knows how much do i have to pay for
taxes and duties to bring this module into United
States?

The best thing you can do is Email Nico Thevissen, he will tell you what it cost, or help u with the cost-order form.

It is probably equivalent to the tax amount in a state you bring it to. For instance, in Ontario, Canada, I had to pay approx. 15% taxes/duties for CD pro unit. In States it may be less than 10%.
