I'd like to use one of these in a project, but I can't seem to find an easy way to source them in small quantities. Wolfson seems to have a web store, but don't sell these chips. They don't show up on Mouser.
Anyone know how I can get my hands on a couple? Going to CS8416 means I need a separate transmitter as well, and TI's DIX4192 is very fine pitch, I don't really want to try it.

You can always email Wolfson and ask for samples, I did this and they were very helpful.

Profusion in the UK sells then in lot's of 5, but I think shipping woudl be prohibitive to North America, unless you get rail quantities.

I talked to Wolfson about this some months ago, shoot their NA sales an email and they will tell you how to get the WM8804/5 in the USA.
