Default Anyone tried Murata 4.7uF SMD ceramic/FTToress for digital PS decoupling

Has anyone tried the decoupling scheme proposed by FTtorres in the following thread?

Is there any merit in using Oscon vs Panasonic FC electrolytics

Is there any merit in oversizing electrolytics for digital circuit power supply decoupling- i.e. using 1000uF as opposed to 100uF?
