Hello
I buy on ebay the DAC kit with CS4397. ( China 24bit/192KHz DAC DIY KIT , FULL ASSEMBLED KIT ) All information for UPGRADE is on this web site : http://www.lampizator.eu/LAMPIZATOR/...ampizator.html but NO information for OPAMP section because this guy go on TUBE buffer and not use opamp ![]() But me if I want use OPAMP what's capacitor and other upgrade around the op-amp ? ***First upgrade change this opamp for LM4562 but after ? I've bypassed that row of 4 x 22uf caps on the dacs output, they are located next to U3 print on the pcb.
I also bypass the signal DC coupling caps on the output from the opamp. The output from the opamp go's through the hc4053 on the bottom. Bypass it, make the output from the opamp directly to J5. I make two short cables on the bottom of the pcb. If necessary it is possible to use a good capacitor, For example a Audyn cap from 10 uF outside the pcb. It sounds great with the AD8066 or OPA2107. Nou i testing 2 x opa627 on a adapter. AH |
