looking for cd/dvd player suggestions
I'm looking for a reasonably priced player, either a cd or dvd that I can modify to get superior performance.
I see marantz and nad mentioned alot as well as the denon dvd2900. Is there unit out there that is considered the best bang for the buck??? |

What I'm looking for is a couple of player suggestions for a good starting point for a hot-rodding or modifing project to bring it up a couple of levels.
A unit either cd or dvd that is used in the DIY community with good success and available info for modifing... Cheers.... |

dvd2900 or sa8260??
I'm looking for opinions on the denon dvd2900 or the
Marantz sa8260 as aproject to modify. My primary goal is audio and ease of modifications, I guess the video on the denon is just a bonus as I hear it's a very good audio player.... Either unit can be had for about $150-200 |
