Question Xonar D2 anyone?

I'm considering the purchase of the Asus Xonar D2 vs the Opus DAC. The Asus card looks pretty hot and maybe it can be modded?
It comes with the PCM1796 and LM4562 OPamps as far as I know.

Has anyone compared a Xonar vs the Opus DAC?
