There are some drawings with board dimension as well.

Is there a 1:1 cutout template or drawing somewhere for the display board and buttons?

On my webpage, beside many others is a big drawing.

Tibi, I don't have access to those drawing from here at work. I did see the ones you posted here for the proposed acrylic chassis, but in that case the board had been split.

The links here reflect the full board layout? I'm asking now only because, when I get home, you'll be asleep!

On the same page is the Corel Draw file as well, so you can adapt to your project.

Tibi, could you make this available as a PDF or PSD file? I have no reliable way to convert Corel Draw files. I'd like to start working on the display cutout tomorrow. That and the one for the top plate are the only two I have left (two hardest ones, of course!).

I have to agree with uncle Leon about ditching the motor caps...besides a better result soundwise I noticed that once or twice every couple of hours playing the cd skipped like a record groove o so subtle....this phenomen is gone as well

Well I gave it a try
