I know spzzzz,
I told him I don't support that sort of business conduct & wouldn't be buying from him!

There are some posters here who say give him a beak but ..........

well said !

I know he is moving his entire business and stock warehouse and is working 20 hrs a day to get things rolling again..

If you have only time for 10 email replies and there's 100 in your inbox, you need to make a choice.

Cut the guy some slack.

thanks Jan

About moving to the new lab: At the agreed date, I couldn't enter the new buidling. It was delayed by 1 week. Subcontractors like companies that takes care of moving stuff, connecting internet, painting walls and stuff and laying down new floors, have tight scedules and aren't availaible 1 week later. Imagine the mess that gives, let alone the fact that I had to leave the old building at the agreed date.......

This mainly caused me 3 weeks delay. Running a business ain't fun at those times.

All orders are shipped out now.

Most products are in stock, new (redesign) XO2 and XO3 boards and filament supplies are available in 2 weeks from now

best

Guido has responded off list advising that the vcxo shipped last week. I'm glad to hear that the problems causing the delays have been sorted and things are getting back to normal.

Some kind of timely communication with customers, even if it was a bulk email advising of the delays would have gone a long way to preventing the kind of negative comments expressed in this thread.

I agree Spzzz,
All we really wanted was some idea of status of order - it would have saved everybody so much hassle! The above explanation would have been perfectly acceptable & understandable, just needed to be given earlier

I'll guess Mr. Tent has internet at home (or elsewhere) and using a Joomla driven homepage is quite nice if you want to edit the website and telling how things are. The website looks quite alright but a CMS website is very convenient. I use Joomla.

Thought I should post to finish my contribution to this thread. The VCXO arrived from tentlabs today which is a pretty reasonable transit time from Guido posted. VCXO is now installed in the D1V3 and sound pretty nice. While it would have been great to get the unit earlier I understand Guido's situation and all in all i'm a happy camper...

cheers
Paul
