Question Button problem Studer D730

Hi all, I'm complete new to this forum but after some reading I really like the technical level of the topics

I have a question regarding a D730.
I'm having a 730 that since some time seems to have two buttons stuck. The button "FADER PLAY" seems to be "on" all the time. (LED's burning all the time) ...and the button "USER" does not respond at all (LED's stay off)

Anybody a idea what this problem for this great player can be?

Thanks a lot!
Peter

Update info: I ran the selftest program and the funny thing is that (in test 5) all the led's are blinking and all buttons respond correctly (00 in the display for "user" and 01 in the display for "fader play"
So they do not seem to be stuck in a mechanical way, neither electrically by a short of some kind....

USER needs to pressed and a numerical key must be pressed at the same time. Send me a pm and you will get more info.

The manual is 95MB. Not something i would like to mail around

- press previous and next when powering on; configuration menu appears
- next two times to get into the keyboard parameter group. Hit play for mods
- fader play should now be the first parameter. Use pause to switch off (i think), play for on.
- hit previous to go up one level, quite with last queue key.

nice player
