Help me pick a DAC

I'm getting ready to drop the hammer on a new line preamp project and would like some input from experienced DIYers. My plan is to integrate an embedded arm9 device into the preamp. I plan to have selector switches to change input devices. The arm9 device has a usb port so I need a USB DAC. I also want to be able to use digital coax input to the dac as well as I2S (is that right?).

Any suggestions on either a DAC kit or DIY DAC with USB, coax, and I2S inputs would be greatly appreciated. Budget for the DAC is about $100 not necessarily including power supply. I would rather not have to run it from batteries since I need wall power for the ARM9 device.

anyone else care to chime in? the one xaudio suggested is only USB. I also need coax inputs.

Search for DAC in a box or DAC707 Super Pro USB.

i would suggest you stay away from the DAC707. it does not sound good.
