Default Rotel RCD-971 mods

Hello,

I own this cdp for many years and I'm quite happy with it.
A friend of mine told me that it can be modded to sound better. I googled for it and found some old threads here and also this link (japanese):
http://eddie.dyec.com.tw/diy-demo/au...el_rcd-971.htm

I wonder which mods are worth, in place of buying a new cdp on the used market -where i'm thinking about naim and classé or perhaps a sacd.

I also have a good DAC, so I dont plan to improve that section.
