Audiophile transformer for Krell DAC-studio

Hello everyone,
I'm looking for a transformer for a Krell studio for the digital supply. Krell doesn't have anymore of these but I was wondering if you guys know any suppiers of high end torodial transformers I could look for. The dimensions on this is arrrox 3in by 1 inch(encased in plastic and epoxy) iit has dual 115 volt inputs and dual 12 volt outputs and is rated 15va per winding. I just need something audiophile grade because this is a really high end dac.( krell studio)Thanks in advance for any replies

That is clearly a standard Talema potted-torroidal transformer, from your description & from memory of the unit. Stock item at digikey.com.

I just searched Digi key and it doesn't come up. Do you know any other sources? By the way I appreciate all the info you've contributed about nakamichi cassette decks it helped my ZX-9 for awhile.

I think Talema actually may have changed their name a few years ago, but digikey does still carry them. Just had a look & find that the name is now Amveco Magnetics. They still make those same blue, finned, plastic/epoxy-potted torroidals available.

I found the exact transformer used in the krell. It was made by avel lindburg. It had to be special ordered from avel lindburg and cost $150.
