CXD3003R and TDA1543A

What do you think about CD-ROM as source witch this chip? I'll try to join it witch TDA1543A.
It's possible?

You could just read the datasheet. It will tell you all you need to know.

There is no out pin LRCK, BCK, PCMD from this chip. Only input. Can I get signal from this pin and join it to BCK, WS i DATA in TDA1543A?

It has an output compatible with the TDA1543A on pins 25, 27 and 29 when pin 23, the parallel/serial digital audio data output select pin, PSSL, is low.

Pin 23 PSSL. Low for serial audio data.
Pin 25 LRCK. L/R clock at 1Fs. WSAB.
Pin 27 DA16. Serial audio data. DAAB.
Pin 29 DA15. Serial clock at 48Fs. CLAB.
