Hello everybody,
I am looking for a replacement laser unit for a Kenwood DP-X9010 cd player. These both would be fine: J91037715 or J91037705 Oviously these are obsolete. Can anybody help me? Cheers Christian

You and me both mate.
I can't find one anywhere. There's a little info on this thread about modding a sony mech to use but that's all I've found out. Kenwood DP-X9010 Transport issues Lee.

Hi Christian!
I'm posting here only because it's the most recent post from you in this website. I already know your great website but I'm a newcommer here as you may check, and my specific interests do match a lot of yours. Sorry for using this way and not opening a new post yet, but I just wouldn't know how to call it (my doubt is about a very special motor unit which may be for ideal turntables, most probabily). As a novice I'm not allowed to e-mail other members before placing a few posts, can you e-mail me? Cheers, JPB |

It is necessary to solder some wires only :
from focus and tracking coils and from laser diode and diode matrix : |
