hmm.. still doesn't work. there doesn't seem to be many problems with this chip. almost every forum thread is just beautiful pictures from guys who made it work right away. i can not figure out what i've done wrong. apart from a bit fewer caps on the analog power supply side i have done exactly as the specs sheet suggest.
