Arcam CD 72 service manual

Hi all,

I'm looking for Arcam CD72 (CD text version) service manual or schematic. I have only found the non CD text version so far.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Another thought. The service manual you have probably applies to both versions. The CD72T probably just has different firmware for the microcontroller, the rest of the player is probably identical to the CD72. Oh and perhaps used an updated version of the Sony CDM14 mechanism too.

Hi Jon,

I'm shure there are hardware differences as well.
For example: The CD 72 (text) includes a DC servo, the CD72 schematic I found does not.

Hi,

Ok, my mistake. I've had a look through my Arcam service manuals and the only DAC schematic applicable to this player I have with a dc servo is the Alpha 9 (CD92). If Arcam can supply you with a copy of the CD72T DAC schematic would you send me a copy ?
