universal player with non-os dacs

hello,

does anyone know of universal players with non-oversampling dacs ? there'a only a few models I know of and they are all from Luxman.

from what i've read, the luxman uses fluency dacs which are non-os.

You can also flip the switch and use regular dacs.

This website mentions the luxman, fluency dac and non-os. I am not sure if the luxman just uses regular dacs that sound like or mimic a non-os.

The CS4392 and the FN1242A are the dacs used and there is nothing non-os about them. One is a delta sigma dac and the other uses spline based interpolation

How would they convert DSD ?

i was thinking of the same thing. DSD is Sony's proprietary format. It would be analogous to giving the keys to someone's kingdom.
