I am working on a DAC project and was wondering how to connect the DF1706 WCKO line to the LL and LR pins of the AD1868 which operates in "serial, twos compliment, MSB first" format with left and right channels sharing CLK signal.
Do I just split the WCKO line and run an identical signal to both LL and LR, or do I need to invert the WCKO signal going to one of the latch pins? If so which one? It seems that I've seen circuits in which there were inverters as well as ones without, so I am a bit confused on what do. Any help would be appreciated. Stu |
