Sony SCD-555ES

Anyone got some good tips and suggestion on modifying SCD-555ES?

I've just bought this 2nd-hand CDP. I intend to use it mostly as a CD-transport as my existing DAC sounds far better than the analogue output from the player itself. I know there are much better Sony CD-transport out there (such as those 777ES or SCD-1) but this is the one I can afford right now.

Does anyone has the specifications of the pulse transformer used on the coaxial digital output on this player?

That was absolutely helpful information, thank you very much. I guess I will do some measurement to ascertain the exact specification of the pulse transformer.
