AD1864 at 96KHz ?

Hi,
Does somebody know if AD1864 DAC would work at 96KHz 4x oversampling ?

Perhaps finding the datasheet is the problem...

Yes, I can see how inserting AD1864 into google might prove difficult.

I have the datasheet.
datasheet says DAC works at 8x oversampling, but its not clear if it works at 48, 88.2 or 96KHz audio signal.

The datasheet is crystal clear and you've been given the answer in post #3.

44.1kHz max sample rate... It's an old, old part.

Yes it is. Even the successor the AD1865 is no longer in production.

The oversampling ratio is irrelevant. The dac couldn't care less about it. The limits are set by a combination of the wordlength and the serial clock.
