it's located here. 2693 posts and still (slowly) growing. I have a stack of these (Cal this is not pandering to sell any of them, cause I wanna work on all of them and maybe even make myself the "ultimate Greystation"

These things are almost dumb simple, but are very robustly constructed, and easy to modify to get sounding very good with little or no money spent to do so. After that, the sky's the limit...

If it's good enough for Bernard Salabert, it's probably good enough for me....

I have been working on several CD players with minor faults lately and found the following threads to be helpful as they cover common faults and what to do about them:
