looks like a very good DAC for the price.
Has anyone seen one of these before?
Looks like a good beginner's DAC and reasonably portable too.

No comments after 10 days. Surely someone has one?
Someone told me they think the USB chip may only be 1.1.
On the plus side it is a reclocking DAC and upsamplers are available.
