I don't have such a stage. But I know my Squeezebox 3 has that dac. (Which I don't use since I use an external dac)
But from mod threads I've since learnt that the output (pin 7 and 8) is voltage output. So you could use almost ANY tube gain stage you like. But why not try it as simple as possible by just adding a good quality 3,3uF cap. I thinke John Swenson did that in it was way better (if a little softer sounding) than your average op amp output stage. |
