Hi Folks,
i would like to tun-up my Marantz CD-60 and i need some
assistence to build it to a NON-OS by using the TDA1541A !
I read a lot about the 1541A here in the DIY-Audio
Forum but i can´t apply direct to the PCB !
I got the Service Manual and I want to change a lot of Part´s
like exchanging all Resistor where Sound passes to NON-Magnetic by Vishay-Dale or all standart CAP´s relaced to bigger ones by Nichicon MUSE and Panasonic FC Gold Series !
Normal Foil CAP´s out and MKT in.
DIODES like 1N4002 kicked by Schottky or IXYS-Diodes !
But the MAIN-THING is to make a NON-OS Player !
Does anyone got experience with the CD-60 and can help me ?

Also witch one is better Nichicon MUSE, Rubicon or
Panasonic FC ?
Vishay-Dale or TKD Resistor ?

best regards Carracho

thx Random
I Know tnt-audio !
On this site Peter Campell tunes a CD-60 Output OPA and on the next steps he gives a cleaner Voltage to the TDA1541A
nothing else :-( !

I intent to listen this OP´s
AD275GP
OPA627
AD825
OPA2134PA
OPA2604AP then i will hear witch on touch my taste !

I have contacted ecdesign.nl ! watch here in diyaudio they
have a lot TDA1541A project ! So mayby these guys can
give some hints t apply NON-OS direcly on the PCB !

@ aparatusonitus

did you allready disabled the Digital Filter by cuting
3 lanes ?

As I've already stated in the link above, I did a nonos mod by cutting a 3 lines from SAA7220 to TDA1541A, bypassing 3 lines from SAA7210 to TDA1541A as in image.

sounds a little bit more stable ;-)

I'm not shure what you mean by that...

Hi,

can I do the non-os mod at my Philips CD 304 MK2? It has the TDA1541 & SAA7220P/A?

Has anybody a picture from the modded mainboard, because i cant find the pins or can show me in my picture the pins?

Thanks.

Regards

Aronier
