Question Marantz CD-60 NON-OS Tuning

Hi Folks,
i would like to tun-up my Marantz CD-60 and i need some
assistence to build it to a NON-OS by using the TDA1541A !
I read a lot about the 1541A here in the DIY-Audio
Forum but i canīt apply direct to the PCB !
I got the Service Manual and I want to change a lot of Partīs
like exchanging all Resistor where Sound passes to NON-Magnetic by Vishay-Dale or all standart CAPīs relaced to bigger ones by Nichicon MUSE and Panasonic FC Gold Series !
Normal Foil CAPīs out and MKT in.
DIODES like 1N4002 kicked by Schottky or IXYS-Diodes !
But the MAIN-THING is to make a NON-OS Player !
Does anyone got experience with the CD-60 and can help me ?

Also witch one is better Nichicon MUSE, Rubicon or
Panasonic FC ?
Vishay-Dale or TKD Resistor ?

best regards Carracho

Have a look at this : www.tnt-audio.com/clinica/cd60pc.html

All in all, I think, the best modification for cd-player is the analog outputstage...
The most succes you get is to change op-amp circuit into discrete outputstage, if it isnīt even in your model..(donīt know this marantz..)
For what reason reason ever, discrete outputstages sounds better than the best OP-Amp
Why??

I intent to listen this OPīs

OPA627
AD825
OPA2134PA

I have contacted ecdesign.nl ! watch here in diyaudio they
have a lot TDA1541A project ! So mayby these guys can
give some hints t apply NON-OS direcly on the PCB !

As I've already stated in the link above, I did a nonos mod by cutting a 3 lines from SAA7220 to TDA1541A, bypassing 3 lines from SAA7210 to TDA1541A as in image.

Sorry for that long Delay :-( a little bit bussy . . .

This disable the Digital OUT !

You can use the SAA7220 as a low Jitter clock by cutting
Pins 6 7 8 !
So it get no Digital Data more ! no Input no Jitter !

Thats makes the Sound more stable , immediately !
