Default OS-CON types

Hi,

I'm a little confused by the different types of Sanyo Os-con electrolytics.

Which ones are the best for decoupling of digital ICs?

Haven't been into this topic quite some time now but if nothing major has changed the last 6 months we are speaking about the types SP and SEP. SEP is even better than SP cause it's on generation further.

Thanks. I see SH, SG, SP, SEP and it's difficult to determine which people are using for these positions.
