Off course, but shouldn´t be the official tech-support of a manufacturer be able to get this BIOS-Date?

a solution to this problem ? USB 1.0 because the buffer data transference is lowest than 2.0

1- turn on the DCX2496 pushing the left key
2- conect to the pc
3- use DCX2496_remote_1_16a NOT HIGEST OR LOWEST, THIS
4- install first Xover.bin file
5- restart the dcx
6- now you can use it
7-restart again pushing left key to update again
8- conect to te pc and soft
9- install DCX_116.bin file
10- restar when finish and now you can use it full

I recently purchased a Behringer DCX2496 and was amazed at how well it
performed. One week later I decided to upgrade the firmware with the same
usb-serial adapter I had already be using the remote software on but it did not
complete.
I now have a unit that will only display the power on screen "Behringer
DCX2496".
Any and all help would be appreciated. I really would like to get it working
again.
We used to program eeproms at work so I can go down that road if need be.
Please help lol.

I had a problem on the DCX2496, at the time on only until the start screen does not go into the menu. i am sorry if my english bad. more details can be viewed on this page.
