Where to buy TDA1545 in N.America?

Does anybody know where I can order the TDA1545 within North America?

This chip is pretty much the same as TDA1543 regarding implementation and I would like to try it out some time soon.

There´s a guy selling TDA1541, ´43 and ´45 on ebay. I´ve bought from him, the service is OK. He ships from Thailand.
He´s not listing any TDA1545 right now though...

BTW, he states that TDA1541A-R1 is superior to plain A version. Here at DIYA people say it´s the opposite. Can anyone confirm this?
