Searching DAC for my PC

I want to buy new speakers for my PC (Elac debut b6 propably) and need a DAC for them.

It should at least have:
USB input
bluetooth input
AUX input
AUX output for headphones
output for R/L monitors + sub

Also, how do I switch between headphones and speakers once I got it?
