Schematics for +5V, -5V, and -15V series regulator (TDA1541A)

Hi all,

In an old thread (http://www.diyaudio.com/forums/digital-line-level/11949-tda1541-dem-reclocking-15-print.html) in a post by by ecdesigns there was an attachment with schematics of power regulator for TDA 1541, that I cannot see now.

Does anyone have a copy of this schematics to share?
