how connect the ak4113 to saa7220

hi i have a al cp player with tda1541 sherwood 301r (similar to philipscd160)

but the optcal is broken, s i have think to use it like standalone dac, to make it i purchase the spdiff receive ak413 following link

and i connect the receive to saa7220 with this schema:

but when i test i hear a lot of rumor avobe music

can samone help me ?

The SAA7220 needs a clock signal (256fs) into pin11.
