Default ES9008 in current output mode

I am reading that ESS 9008 DAC chip provide balanced V out but can also be used as I out DAC.
In another thread Russ White from TPA suggest to use a resistor to analog ground(AGND).
Can anyone help me with a correct implementation?

Also searching if anyone has digital input code and analog output data for ES9008?
