I have a couple of minidsp 2 x 4 doing 4way crossover duty. They sound pretty good but they are quite noisy with my horns.
Id like to try something better, namely the OpenDRC-DA8. It's my understanding that this unit can do 4 way crossover, fir filtering and has digital input. My guess is that the digital domain processing will eliminate noise and provide theoretically better sound quality. Is this a fair assumption? Thanks
