Assembled dual WM8741 AK4118 chip 192K DAC
I have a cheap Chinese DAC which uses AK4118 and dual WM8741 chipset.
Input is coaxial SPDIF, Windows 7 platform and Wave ASIO driver.
No problem playing 96K or below Resolution files, but problem at 176K and 192K.

When I attempt to play 176K or 192K files there are 4 possible results-

1- The file will play correctly
2- The left channel is missing or low amplitude (most common problem)
3- The right channel is missing.
4- The file will not play at all.

If the file plays correctly I can allow the file to finish and continue to the next one in the same album, all will play correctly.
It seems to be only a starting problem.

Does it seem like the master clock has problems locking the PLL to incoming clock frequency?
Could you please speculate on possible explanation for above symptoms
