Default ES9018 Audio transformer output stage

I have 2 different pair of audio transformers to use for... maybe also for es9018 dac.
Which one will be better to use it with es9018 dac. How should i connect it or right filtering, grounding .... for the best result.
Transformers are from Italian audio products GALACTRON.
The first pair is as on picture 90ohm in .... 105ohm out
and second 50ohm in ...25 ohm out or vice versa
I know that some members has good results with audio transformers. Thanks for any suggestion.

Hi

You should read the little white paper on Lhundall web site about set up an output traffo with RC filter on it !

I have tried that schematic.
Output pin 2 &3 was 3,2V peak to peak. But distortion and oscillation was huge on scope.
Output 1&2 and 3&4 was quite clean and 1,6V peak to peak.
Connecting ES9018 Agnd direct to pin 10-5 brings no improvement just output is 2,8V peak to peak, output still oscillated.
Connecting disconnecting shield brings nothing.
Any ideas how to improve that schematic

Coil resistance is not enough info. You have to know the turns ratio and the inductance, otherwise it is trial and error.

Thanks
Where for example LL1684 - do you have those parameters described in pdf?
This transformers are taken out from amplifier where xlr was transformed to rca...
Coppied from manual....
*In addition, the output stage is built with two transformer amplifiers with a 1:1 ratio with the core "C" and a bandwidth of 10Hz to 100KHz + - 0.5 dB.
The transformer-balanced input, in addition to four RCA line inputs, gives the end user the ability to use multiple devices and manage their connections differently...
I will measure inductance in next days.

Hi Androa,
Try to discover, is the transformer made
for V-out dac's or I-out dac's.
This is for the impedance adjustment.
More info on sowter.com.

Do a search on the Twisted Pear section of this forum and there is a thread on the B II with transformers. The B II dac uses the ESS chip. Lots of info.
Buffalo II & transformers

Edit Done the search for you.

Thank you.
Have already checked... But miss mesurements...all are saying just how good sound is.
When I listen ...sound is ok...but scope ....no good. I don*t like to listen to distortions although they can be nice for ears.

Done. Scope is clean. Did you give any filter on input or output of transformer?

Read about the "Rasmussen Effect" which is covered in one of the threads on the ESS dac. I actually don't use any filter. Just let the transformer, interconnect etc do the work...
Cheers,
David
