Default AK4396 crackling noises

Hi comrades
I know there is a thread for MINI2496 kit, but there nobody anserwered, so i ask larger audience. I succesfully managed to assemble it, but i have an issue: from time to time, there is crack(little like vinyl noises) they don't seem dependent to anything. I run it from TE7022L->8416->4396. I tried also: CM6631A->4396 it was the same(especially on friends tube amp, it was way worse). I tried changing caps, different outboard regulators, resoldering chip(i belive it is something with AK). Do you have any ideas? I checked for shortages, and cold joints. Please help me, I'm getting more and more frustrated for about week now

I had a similar problem with 10 uH, with 1 uH is gone..

I think I read somewhere that the ideal value for L1-L2 is 0.3 uH..

I have had an issue like this with a wm8741, when it was not grounded properly. The AGND and DGND planes had different potentials, so the chip was passing too much DC current, and getting hot. This caused a crackling sound like you describe
