Yamaha D1030 150 ohm question

I work on video and i need to convert Analog audio from mixer to Digital, and at the same time i need to setup the delay, i have a Yamaha D1030, and it has everything i need, but i noticed the output impedance is 150 ohm, Digital video is 75 ohm, i have found 100 ohm to 75 converters, but haven't found any 150 to 75, is there any cable or adapter to do that? or can i use the 100 to 75?.
