Default Multitrack Live Recorder "Project"

Hi guys!! I'm new on this forum, but I like it so much...I like that other people are "fanatic" like me Click the image to open in full size.
I play in a band and I love computers so some months ago I thought to create a live usb multitrack recorder. To be honest I think my "project" is more a puzzle than a real project, because I just bought 7 usb audio cards, added them an input jack to connect instruments and added a hub to have just one usb cable to connect on my pc.
When I finished, everything worked well: I connected a guitar, a bass and 3 mics; and while we were playing them, Cubase recorded every instrument on its own channel.
I connected them directly to my card, without amps, effects etc, to have clean tracks starts my problem because I want to connect instruments both to amps and to my multitrack...So I added another jack on every channel and tried to connect an ampli on it, but it doesn't work...and now I get a lot of noise from my amps. I tried also to use headphone output jack on the audio card, but if I use that as output there is a lot of latency and usb card has to be always on.
I've attached a pic to show you how I connected input and output on audio cards (I think I did it wrong Click the image to open in full size.)
Can anyone help me??Maybe I could add a diode on input??Click the image to open in full size.
Thank you very much for help!!!
I'm sorry if my english isn't much good Click the image to open in full size.
