Its mainly software you'd need, not a circuit. Find a fast CPU which has an SD card interface and plenty of RAM to buffer the input data. An LPC4330 would be my choice and there's no need to do any hardware development, just buy a dev board with one of these on - for example : NGX Technologies Online Store

Yes I've been a big fan of this part since way before it became available. Just that now there are some even more cost-effective M4-based chips if you don't need the 204MHz clock rate that this offers - like Freescale's M4 family. I just recenently acquired this board for about a tenner (UK money) - K20¿ª·¢°å50MHz Cortex-M4, USB OTG, TF¿¨´®¿Ú´¥ÃþMK20DN64VLH5-ÌÔ±¦Íø.
