Default DCX2496/ CS chip pinout question

ok is pin 28 on the CS receiver chip used in the DCX?

looking at CS sheet and dcx schems I cannot match them up..
pin for pin..
I have one extra Mainboard the has a trace or two lifted..
where somebody snipped off a clock. and I'd like to use it as a spare or fix another DCX i have laying around here.
as I have a spare CS chip from my modded unit.

but I'm not into fixing crappy broken traces.. if 28 it is not used then i can solder on the chip and be on my merry way.
thanks
