Default [PCM2704:USB->SPDIF]Schematics, capacitors

I want to build simple USB-to-toslink converter based on PCM2704 by myself.

1)I modified circuit from datasheet, is everything is correct?

As I don't use analogue part, should I still connect pins 12,13,17,16?

2)Datasheet recommends to use ceramic capacitors as C3-C7. I don't have ceramics of such capacity right now, can I use polyester (PET) film capacitors instead?
