Unhappy PCM2704 external ROM

Hello, is there someone who make PCM2704 with external EEPROM descriptor? I program my
BR24L01A-W 1K EEPROM with PDF example, after that connect to PCM and nothing. Reprogramm ROM with reverse bits in all bytes and nothing. Sniffing I2C told me nothing. PCM send adress 0x50 and WRITE - why write? I expect READ.

Where i make mistake?

Today logical analyzer measure show me CLOCK signal on I2C from PCM2704 is about 2MHz! In datasheet is maximum 100KHz, what is wrong?
